Problem with Rockola wallmount cd box model c-x (Read 193 times)

Posts: 2	I am looking for a manual to a rockola "rock" wall hanger cd box. It's model c-x. We are having problems with the carriage the goes left to right in it, it's giving mech error 13 and at first was giving mech error 10. It won't pick the cd's up with the gripper arm correctly. A lot of times it drops them. But now its stuck at the first disk position and won't move giving the mech error 13. Can anyone help with this? Or point me in the direction of finding a manual for it?
